The private parking was close to the hotel, a convenient feature. The room was always upgraded to a higher level and had a bath, which was a nice touch. We received a bottle of bubbly as a welcome gift, adding a special touch. The breakfast was very comprehensive and tasty, exceeding the standard fare. The accommodation was set in a central location near the town center, shopping malls, eateries, and Cardiff University.
