Excellent value and truly exceptional place, I appreciated to be here.

My room included a safe, a TV, and a kettle. Its setting was excellent and perfect for everything I could possibly need.

The hotel is located in a very central location to Novotel Cardiff centre. Café Heavenly Desserts located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

I would say it's a fabulous base for staying and exploring Cardiff. The staff are reasonably good and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge.- The service is really great, includes convenient parking.- There is the point that free Wi-Fi was provided throughout the property.

The property's location was incredible and lovely, to various sites. Tried some takeout specials at The Grazing Shed, luckily it was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

The breakfast spot was awesome with some really tasty dishes. They had cool things like a safe, a TV, and a kettle in the room. The location was spot-on for all my needs, which was fantastic! 🌟

The property was luxury with knowledgeable staff on a night shift.

Rooms are well laid out with a view and free Wi-Fi. The hotel has a stunning and incredible location, close to bars, clubs, Cardiff Central train station, the castle, stadium.- It is also near a shopping street.- No reason to complain, perfect 10/10 stay.

The check in was quick, the room was well furnished and reasonably priced with shower, an excellent sized bed and countryside views. The location was excellent and unbeatable - just next door to shops and sights, and bars, restaurants and shops. After long day I visited Steinbeck & Shaw for a couple of drinks.

The room is reasonably priced. The staff is reasonably good and well experienced, makes sure that the place is clean. This property is in a particularly good location, next to shops and restaurants and Cardiff in the future...

Great looking and luxury place with reasonably good employees at the reception desk. What an excellent location close to centre! Based not far from shopping malls, eateries and Cardiff University and the restaurant for anything other than breakfast.

The service was absolutely very efficient. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious with the standard offerings available, fabulous food. The hotel's location was central, close to everything you could possibly need including transport links.

The room was extremely pleasant and air conditioned, I had coffee, a hair dryer, and a kettle. The location of the property was incredible and fab, in restaurant where I had breakfast. Free Wi-Fi was excellent and the service was really great.
